The UCAS Clearing Event Programme – 49th Edition, taking place on July 21–22, 2027, is built for one of the most time-sensitive moments in the student journey.

Designed specifically for students navigating the UCAS Clearing process, this event provides direct access to universities offering available places, allowing students to explore alternative options, secure offers, and move forward without delay.

Taking place immediately after results and during the Clearing window, the event creates a high-energy, decision-focused environment where students can speak directly with university representatives, understand their options in real time, and receive guidance on how to proceed with confidence.

Across two days, the programme features flagship educational fairs where students can engage in meaningful conversations, discover suitable programmes, and take immediate action toward securing their university placement.

The event concludes with a Gala Networking Dinner, offering an opportunity for deeper engagement between institutions and key stakeholders in a more focused and relationship-driven setting.
