Bridge Strengthens Academic Cooperation with the Syrian Ministry of Higher Education
During an official visit to Syria, Bridge International for Academic Services began preparations for an MoU with the Syrian Ministry of Higher Education to strengthen academic cooperation and expand international education opportunities for Syrian students.
As part of an official visit to the Syrian Arab Republic, Mr. Asim Al-Majali, Executive Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Bridge International for Academic Services, had the honor of meeting with H.E. Dr. Marwan Al-Halabi, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Syria, to discuss prospects for international academic cooperation and support for Syrian students seeking to pursue their studies at universities worldwide.
The meeting focused on exploring ways to strengthen collaboration between Syrian higher education institutions and international universities. Both parties agreed to begin preparing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Syrian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Bridge International for Academic Services. This initiative was proposed at the direct request of the Minister and aims to support scholarship programs, international education initiatives, and Syrian students studying abroad.
This visit comes as part of Bridge’s ongoing efforts to expand its strategic partnerships and strengthen its presence in the Syrian market, ultimately serving students and higher education institutions in both brotherly countries.
